2 Corinthians 2:14
In the Messiah, in Christ,
God leads us from place to place
in one perpetual victory parade.
Through us, he brings knowledge of Christ.
Everywhere we go, people breathe
in the exquisite fragrance. Because of Christ,
we give off a sweet scent rising to God,
which is recognized by those on the way
of salvation”an aroma redolent with life.
But those on the way to destruction treat us
more like the stench from a rotting corpse.
The Message Translation

At the cross is all I know
I am not skilled in his word
but at the cross I find
him crushed and bruised.
my Holy Savior.

By his crucified life
I was called from
death then delivered
unto life.
At the cross I reconciled
with My Holy Savior.

I surrendered and found
God's Love is just
and all truth of his
faithfulness.
He drawled me gently
to my knees.
I watched the darkness
of death and hell
drawn away.

Lifting my eyes, heaven bound
all bonds broken all I see is my Holy Savior
at God's right side.
For God's Love is truth and just,
to those that come to the
foot of the Cross.
